Purchases
On the web, you can purchase my items through my Etsy Store...Pawtastic Designs Gems
In person, I vend mostly at agility dog competitions in the North East (NJ, PA, NY, RI, CT). See my home page News Section to see vending locations. I generally vend Mid April through Mid November.

Payment
I accept PayPal (you can use your Paypal account, or process your Credit Card via Paypal), Etsy Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards. I would appreciate payment within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
In person, I take Cash and Credit Cards. I no longer take personal checks.

Shipping
Your package is usually shipped within 3-5 days of payment. Custom orders may take longer.
Items are shipped via US Postal Service 1st Class mail and include tracking information. If you need USPS Priority shipping, please contact me prior to purchase/payment as additional shipping costs apply.
All of my items are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and sent in a heavy mailer envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please check your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive your order. If there are any issues, please notify me immediately so I can work with you to fix the problem.
PLEASE contact me before sending anything back.
If the item is not as described, a refund will be issued after I receive the returned item(s).
If you decide you don't want the item(s), a refund of the purchase price will be given upon receipt of the returned item(s). Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost.
All returned products must be in their original condition. They cannot be worn, used, and/or damaged as a result of your neglect. Additionally, the product packaging must not be damaged or missing.
All custom photo orders are final sale.

GENERAL
I take my business very seriously! I will do my best to make your buying experience a positive one.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your transaction, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me. I will do my best to resolve all issues I am aware of. Thank you for this consideration.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are crafted after purchase. You will receive an emailed image of your item, for approval, prior to shipment.
Most items are available in different colors, sizes, etc. Please contact me to create something especially for you!

MEASUREMENTS
All measurements are approximate. If you are unsure if a bracelet you are interested in will fit, please email me your wrist size (measure your wrist at the smallest point, with a slightly loose tape measure) to see if that item will work for you. I am more than happy to craft bracelets in a size to fit you, prices may vary depending on crystal/bead costs.

Women's Bracelet Sizes:
Most common bracelet size is 7 inches (17.8 cm). Wrist measurement would be approximately 6 inches (15.2 cm)
Average bracelet size range: 6.5 - 8 inches (16.5 - 20.3 cm). Wrist measurement would be approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm)
less than the bracelet size. A larger bead bracelet will measure approximately 1/2 to 1 inch (1.8 to 2.5 cm) larger.
For example, a chunky bead bracelet on a 6 inch (15.2 cm) wrist would measure approx 7 1/2 - 8 inches
(19 - 20.3 cm). ​Larger beads reduce the interior volume of the bracelet.
